| I've read that you shouldn't mix your veggies (is that right?)
Anyone using any organic salsa or making their own? I saw the cucumber salsa...
I love love salsa on my meat and would love to use it again. _________________ Kami

| I have eaten salsa alot. I make ours fresh from scratch a couple of times a week. Both regular salsa and pico style.
I have been mixing veggies since day 1 and have not had a problem. Could I have lost more ??? Maybe. That's a decision we each have to make.
Good luck. _________________

| My first round I never mixed anything except for cukes and onion in vinegar. Lost 39 lbs in 5 weeks. Second round I mixed veggies quite often, mostly whatever it was with onion. Lost 42 lbs in 6 weeks. Last round I mixed anything I felt like mixing (veggies that is) and even added a few not on the protocol list (broccoli, gr beans, mushrooms) and lost 25 lbs in 28 days (did a short round).
I have read that others don't mix becuase they don't lose. All you can do is experiment a little if you really want to mix them for more flavor. Just watch your weight and see what it does to you losses. _________________
