Flavored Stevia

Hi ~ I asked this on another forum (Food Stuff) and I'm just not sure where to post this..

Do any of you use the flavored stevia drops and if so, how do you use them?

Our local health food store carries them and they're around $13 per bottle, so I'm hoping for some feedback before I buy any. Thanks! *Ü*

I like the vanilla cream alot! I use a couple of drops in my smoothies. I also use it on my cinnamon baked apples. I have put it in my teas as well. My hubby puts it in his coffee.

We buy ours online because there are a lot of flavors.

Thank you for your reply Harmony. Do you have smoothies on P2? If you do, could you please tell me how you make them?

Stevia is taking me some gettin' used to, as I use Whey Low.

I make berry smoothies, but not on P2... *Ü*

Yes...I have smoothies on Phase 2...mostly with strawberries, mineral water, flavored stevia, and ice. There is also a recipe for orange julius type drink on here too.

I use flavored Stevia a lot! I use it mostly in ice water when I want the taste of something sweet. The dark chocolate flavor is awesome; I've tried practically all of them. There's also some recipes on this site for making smoothies with it.

I am a big fan of the flavored Stevia's. One of my favorite is grape with sparkling mineral water, ice, and a squeeze of lemon which really balances out the sweetness of the Stevia.
You can also make a "cream soda" with the vanilla creme flavor the same way.

I love the orange and the chocolate raspberry Stevia in my coffee. Also, the milk chocolate and dark chocolate in coffee is very good.

It does take some getting used to, but when you are starving on P2, anything tastes great, so I have learned to love it!

I've been good getting my water in, but I want something else to drink of like EdH recommends, putting it into my water.
