| I noticed in KT book he mentions Sea Bass as one of the allowed fish? It has at least 22 grams of FAT?????!!!!!! Wouldn't having that much fat defeat the purpose? I think I remember reading in Simeons manual that he listed white fish, and most white fish has very little fat.
Although Sea Bas is my absolute favorite fish I have EVER had, especially cooked in Coconut Oil, I am afraid to have it on P2.
Anyone had Sea Bass on P2? _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wWeMGXh/]

| | No, I can't say that I have. I love it too but it's so darn expensive! |

| I ate it once on my 1st round of P2 but didn't lose any weight so its off the menu. I have the same problem with red meat as well - I stick with chicken and flounder.
