| So I just realized I had some Pace Picante sause around. I looked at the ingredients and no sugar. Just crushed tomatoes, fresh jalapeno peppers, water , fresh onion, vinegar and salt. Looked ok but thought I would ask. 10 cal 2Tbs and no fat.
I also have some Franks red hot sauce: Cayenne Red peppers, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder. This one really looked ok. 0 cal and 0 fat.
Just looked at a couple of ways to add a little variety / kick.

| The only problem that I can see from those is the salt that they have. If you only use a little bit, the amount of salt would really be insignificant. My suggestion is to give them a try and see how they work for you. If you gain because of them, don't use them again. Let us know how they work for you. _________________

| Hi Todd, Both are fine as long as you don't have added sugar which you say they don't, so, enjoy! I use hot sauce all the time, couldn't do without it... |

| Cool. I was thinking it would be ok but thought I would ask.
I will post if I notice any changes.
Thanks
