| So, my biggest issue with the protocol is staying away from the wine. I like my wine...so I find that when I drink I lose a few pounds the next day, then gradually put some of it back for the next couple of days. I think I am still essentially losing if you add everything up, but I don't want to gain any of it back after I've lost it! I'm wondering if my body is filling back up with water after I've dehydrated it, and if so...if taking a diuretic the day after I drink would help the situation so I don't put the water weight back on. Any ideas, suggestions? Anyone every try diuretics and what happened? Thanks! _________________

| HAHA! Yeah, don't drink the wine If you just can't stay away from it, then drink an extra liter of water and try to prevent the dehydration. But don't take the diuretics. It is the water that flushes the system out and carries away all the toxins that are being released from the fat burning. You NEED those fluids in you. _________________

| Uh, I'm so sad. I gained over a pound back because of the blasted wine. I don't actually know if it was the wine or the cheeseburger & potato salad that I wolfed or what. It just drives me crazy that I can't tell whats water and whats fat etc....I have to assume it was the fattening food. Normally when I have drinks I lose a few pounds the next day and this last time it was just under a pound. It just scares me that it takes a while to catch up with me because of the dehydration. Arrgghh. I'm in BBQ season now! And my birthday is next month, what about my cake??? _________________
