| I got my Coconut Oil yesterday. The calories are very high for one teaspoon/120.
Do we count those calories? I am wondering why so many people use coconut oil with this high calorie content. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wI9fOUn/]

| You don't count these calories in Phase 2 ~ they are Medium Chain Triglycerides rather than Long Chain and are absorbed intact and taken to the liver, where they are used directly for energy, rather than taking more time being processed through the intestines. You want it to be the virgin or extra virgin coconut oil, though ~ MCTs can increase metabolic rates and lead to weightloss. They also promote thermogenesis, which increases the body's metabolism increases ketoses and helps produce energy. LCTs are typically stored in the body as fat.
You do count the calories in Phase 3 ~ _________________
