lol! I was just talking about that in Christine's journal... I like Garden of Life brand it's from a food source rather than pharmaceutically synthethezised. I use the Vitamin Code type (it's new) from the Garden Of Life brand and they have one that helps support weight loss...

The Vitamin Shoppe has them on sale this month and they have a free book they give away with it and it talks about the importance of a food sourced multi-vitamin, it's interesting reading...

I got some "green food" from drbenkim.com that i mix with either water or tomato juice. LOVE it! When I am on p3-4 I also mix fish oil with it.

PostSubject: GrannySmitty Greens   Tue Sep 02 2008, 15:59

Hello, I was reading about which vitamins to get and trying to figure out which brand would be consistent with Protocal guidelines. GrannySmitty recommended drbenkims. Is it okay to take these green foods in P2? I read the ingredients and it does include brocoli juice and other things not on the list. My energy is super low so if I can kick it up with supplements I am in!
Also, as I scroll through old comments, I see recipes here and there but is there a Recipe Section anywhere? (for P2)
Many, many thanks and best wishes to everyone,
B

Hi Brenda, welcome , I'm not sure about the ones Grammasmitty uses but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt to take them because it seems she does and she is a LOSING machine! lol!

There is a place for Phase 2,3 and 4 recipes under resources. Scroll down towards the bottom and you'll see it.
