I have had the same issue from time to time. I usually add more veggies. For me, the weight loss slowed when I didn't make the 500 cal. Most days I ranged between 480 and 515 with great results.

Thanks for the info ... I've been going through all the recipes and have found several that i'm going to try and make. Maybe that way it will be easier to meet my 500 cal mark everyday. Joy

Yep! I have totally removed fruit from my p2 menu and use very little veggie. I eat the allowed 3.5 oz of protein for meals and sometimes more if I happen to feel unusually hungry. I also have extra protein during the day between meals if I ever feel the need to eat something. I sometimes go over 500, though try not to, but keeping it to protein makes it still work.
