TMI - Ick

So I think I have an infection (either yeast or a Group Beta Strep flare up)...now what? I don't like to use the anti-biotics and cremes and remember reading that they're not recommended. I am on day two VLCD post LID. Any "natural" method I could use...I'm in a lot of pain today. :sad3:

I know this topic is OLD but I think I know of a natural alternative. I read a while back that you could do a douche with distilled white vinegar and a bit of salt. Might be wrong. But I just wanted to throw this out there just for the record. I'll google to see if this is out dated info I have. Never actually tried it.

Also if anyone ever needs to know you can use plain yogurt. You don't eat the yogurt. You put it somewhere else. HMMMM. How do i say this? You put it in a "private" place.
