| | I believe I read somewhere that you needed to be on the protocol for 10 days before stopping injections for TOm. Ok I thought I had planned it right when I started. Today is day 9 I gave myself an injection and realized that I had started, 2 days early. I should be okay? Does anyone know why you need 10 shots before TOM. Today is day 7 of VLCD and I feel great. I have lost 11#. Now I'm afraid I may have messed up, do I continue taking HCG through 10 days and then stop till TOM ends? Help! |

| It seems that our best losses come in the first couple of weeks...AND...we don't seem to lose during TOM. If you at least have those first 10 days before TOM shows up your losses will NOT be interrupted. Injecting during TOM is up to you. I never lost during that time, so I figured 'why inject if I'm not going to lose?'
You have not messed up anything...just keep going. Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and continue losing during TOM.
