Injections

I have been on hcg for 16 days and have lost 16 lbs But I started my monthly on friday and that is what lead me to finding this web site.
I did stop the injections and am surviving the diet. I have no cravings yet and usually do.
I was wondering do I take on the days that I missed the injections to the end of the 45 day protocol??? Or just stick to the end date???
I stated at 189... and now I am down to 173.8.My goal is 145....I think??? I know that I will probably be doing this again after the 6 week layoff of hcg. Which will put me after xmas...
How do I make a weight bar / BMI bar or goal bar.

I have decided to finish the last 6 injections that I have since I started AGAIN... I am on time though... exactly 28 days.. good thing.
SO I will be a few days over my 40 injections... which i hope will be okay.. I have lost 3o lbs and am having fun ........ I put on a pair of jeans over the weekend and they fit losely for the first time in a long time.

Over 40 should be just fine. Great losses, GREAT results!! Doesn't it feel so fantastic to put on old clothes that fit AGAIN??? :cheers: :cheers: :cheers:
