| Subject: P2 and Vajayjay Issues... Sun May 11 2008, 18:58 | |
| Hope I don't gross anyone out... I haven't had a yeast infection in about 10 years and now I think I am getting one. Could it be P2 related and if so, what should I do? _________________ "The most wasted day of all is one in which we have not laughed." R1P2:

| The best thing you can do for yourself is to take a good probiotic. This usually helps with a yeast/fungal infection. Your body is releasing a lot of toxins right now so maybe it's that and not actually a yeast infection but you need to make sure you are getting plenty of water and take the acidopholus and if it doesn't clear up right away you can buy an over the counter Monistat. Make sure you have eliminated sugars completely because yeasts feed on sugar. _________________

| I am going to order some probiotics right now! The only sugars that are in my diet right now are in the fruits on the protocol. Would those type of sugars be enough for the yeast to feed on? _________________ "The most wasted day of all is one in which we have not laughed." R1P2:

| Well, they could be, I would say, have more veggies today and tomorrow and cut out one of your fruits. See if that helps. Maybe have strawberries, I think they're lower in sugar than the other allowed fruits. If you are ordering the probiotics, how long will that take? You should pick some up today, if you can; the sooner you get started, the better. Try to avoid for now, pickled foods, vinegary foods and of course, no alcohol. _________________

| I ordered a bottle of Udo's Choice Probiotics and they will be here some time this week. In the mean time I got Garden of Life Pro 2 Go packets. I took one as soon as I got it and another after I ate. Now I have a mild fever and my throat is really sore. Do probiotics make you feel worse before they make you feel better??? _________________ "The most wasted day of all is one in which we have not laughed." R1P2:

| It sounds like you may be detoxing. This happens when your body is getting rid of toxins that have been stored in your body fat. Try to drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest. A fever is indicative that your body is fighting it off and hopefully winning the battle. If you're not feeling better in a day or 2, I would see a Doctor or Naturopath. Feel Better! _________________
