| I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to what happened (weight wise) while they were on their period.
I have been stuck at the same weight for 3 days and my period should start any day now.
Did you gain, continue to lose or just stay the same? Before, during and after. |

| I pretty much stayed the same as long as aunt flow was visiting. I might have lost a few ounces but not much. After I was over that time of the month I started losing again. _________________

| | OK! I finally started but I have terrible cramps (usual for my 1st 2 days) but is there anything anyone has taken that is "acceptable" on the protocol to help alleviate them. Otherwise, I am going to have to take some Tylenol or aspirin. |

| Okay I am on P2R2 day #26
I have been injecting straight through on this round and menses. I was hoping to finish up this round of P2 the day before Thanksgiving.
My question is has anyone had really long menses, this is day #17 for me. That seems like an incredibly long time for me. My last period while on hCG was also a bit long, but not like this time. I also am not losing very well during this menses. In 17 days of menses I have only lost 8.4 lbs. Most days there is no loss at all, and some gains.
I just tested my hCG this morning and it is still potent. Yesterday I became very hungry, Like I could eat my shoes hungry. Normally I am not hungry at all.
Not sure what is going on. Anyone have any suggestions? _________________

| Why don't you take a couple of days off the injections? You don't HAVE to make them up at the end.
Simeons talks about women in menopause and the difficulty in maintaining after losing. I have been wondering about the possibility of manopause causing problems during p2 in our now toxic world. It could be possible. Menopause does strange things to us, including strange mensus patterns! _________________

| For stopping cramps: A natural Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine recommend I take 1200 mg of Cal-Mag (Calcium/Magnesium) 2X per day. I started doing this 4 days before my period, and to my amazement, all cramps were GONE!
After 15+ years of taking Advil every month, I can't believe this really works! _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wWeMGXh/]

| And I just don't know what to think. I have kept on taking my injections because I am terrified of getting hungry. I gained, dropped a pound of water, gained it back overnight all with the pms and now today is day 3 of TOM. Not pleased with the weight at all. I stayed in bed most of the day yesterday with a heating pad over my uterus and lower back. I haven't broken VLCD but with the weight gain I wonder why not. Just not sure what do do. Maybe next round I will try not injecting for three days, but that gives me the shakes. What if I lose it? and I don't mean the weight. _________________

| bbless.........It is quite normal to gain while on TOM. All that and more usually comes right off when your done!! I have done TOM both ways, with and without injections. I prefer to skip at least 3 days injections. I seems to make my time more durable. If I only skip 2 or 3 days....I am NOT hungry. And when I start back o injections the weight just start to drop again. Hope your feeling better Today !! _________________

Already took my injection today, tomorrow will be the last day I really have bleeding. Guess I could try no injection tomorrow. _________________

| Now don't go getting yourself all flustered over over something that is totally natural and that you have no control over. The hcg is still working and you are still burning FAT. The numbers on the scale just mean that you are retaining water. This is just temporary. Your body is doing what it naturally does. You want your healthy body to do what it is supposed to. Give it few days and you will be shedding that water and be on the move again. Keep watching how your clothes are fitting. That is where your success is. Keep measuring! _________________
