Hi All woo hoo

I've tried to loose for years, Weight Watchers, every diet plan known to man, and I never seem to loose. I turned 50 last month and am determined to get some of this weight off!

Anyway, a year ago I found a new Dr. who found that I was pre-diabetic (not quite type 2 yet) and she started me on meds to check my sugar problems, she seemed to think that...
