| Hello everyone!
Please help! I'm not sure what type of deodorant is safe to use during Phase 2.
What I'm currently using is Tom's of maine which I got from whole food store. The ingredients includes Organic lemongrass (Cymbopogon schoenantus) oil. Because it includes some type of oil, not sure if it's safe to use. Do you know if I can use this during phase 2? If not, what do you recommend? Thanks!

| | My Tom's of Maine deodorant lists propylene glycol as the first ingredient, which is one of the ingredients we are to avoid at all costs. Do all the varieties have that in them or is it just the calundula? |
