| I know exercise should not be a priority during phase 2, so I have not concerned myself with it until now. I exercised today (I just couldn't help it, the weather was so beautiful!) However, it made me extremely hungry and tired. I could barely make dinner for the family. I ate extra protein & veggies (and a bite of Parmesan Cheese) I felt starving again the rest of the day after exercising as if it were the first few days of protocol.
It seems this 500 calorie diet YEILDS NO ENERGY! NOw I feel completly bloated as if I have gained it all back in one night! IS that possible?
Anyone got any advice on exercise, and if it affected them the same way?
How will I ever control myself in P3? I want to eat the entire house! |

| I typically have very little energy, but on phase 2 I did have more! Don't worry too much about phase 3. Just keep your diet to healthy proteins, veggies and a few fruits. Don't worry too much about fats, but don't go way overboard, either. If you really focus your attention on what your body wants, you will find that you fill up quickly and truly do not want to eat much! I was totally amazed by that. AND, my cravings were totally GONE!!! What I wanted most was cheese and I was so disappointed when it didn't taste as good as I thought it should. Also, be careful of old habits resurfacing! If you are just aware of these things, you will be fine! There is no huge format you hvae to follow, just be wise in your choices and listen to your body. _________________
