| Has anyone else had any issues with problem nails?
I have had some issues w/my nails in the past and based off what I had read...I was hoping the hcg would help with that...instead they are worse than they have ever been.
Anyone? Thoughts? Suggestions? _________________ Chris

| I don't know about what the hcg will do, but when you are off again, drink a package of gelatin every day. You can use it in a fruit smoothie or juice, or anything like that. But if you do it every day you nails will get stronger. Nails are karatin (protein) and that is what the gelatin is. _________________

| | Since I have been taking the HCG, 12 injection so far, my finger nails have been growing like crazy. I usually have to file them down once every 3-4 weeks, but I have been it twice so far. |

| | Chris, I have problem nails too. My problem is the splitting or peeling. I have taken silica capsules in the past and they have helped somewhat. Also more protein is good. |
