| | I have lost 60 pounds now, I love this program. but my sister is having problems with skin rash on her chest and her eyes, can you tell me if anyone has had this reaction, is this an allergy to the HCG? I had a rash in phase 3 for a week but it went away, she is really feeling bad. Thanks |

| I posted a reply to your question in your other post, but I'll post it here as well.
Yes, as Harmony said, I'm dealing with a rash. Mine happens to be on my arms and legs. I know that it's not the hcg, any foods, or any new products. I truly believe that it is detoxing, because I have dealt with this previously when trying to eat healthy or even fasting. The skin is the largest organ our body has. Not only do we eliminate waste and toxins when we go to the bathroom, we eliminate through our lungs and our skin. In the world that we live in, our bodies are overburdened with toxins. When we give a bodies a little bit of a break, like we do when we're on phase 2, our body is going to eliminate as many toxins as it can in as many ways as it can. That's why we may develop a strange body odor or unusually bad breath. I chose not to put anything on my rash, because I don't want to hinder the detox process or put any additional toxins in my body. I do plan to use my sauna tonight to see if I can speed up the process of drawing out these toxins that my skin is releasing. Now there is possibly another reason for your sister's rash. If she was very toxic, she may have had a food allergy that she was unaware of, and it's only showing a reaction now since she's not overburdening her body with toxins. I am not an expert on this, but you can email me or pm me if you have any additional questions. _________________
