| I do, I don't do it long maybe 5 minutes, but I like how I feel after I've used the rebounder and it's fun! Like being a kid again and jumping on the bed |

| They have three different rebounders at Sports Authority. A big one for about $50, a small one for about $35, and the Urban Rebounder set up for $99. I bought the urban one a while back online and love it. Not sure you need more than the basic though, all of the accessories are just stuffed away and not getting used ($64 worth of nada). I rebound and watch a segment of a tv show. I use two pound soft hand weights for upper body exercise while I do the bounding. I always wear shoes. The times I experimented without hurt my calves like no other. Bought really light weight tennies on clearance to just have for my "weight" room. Used to be my sitting room, but since I am trying to add activity that word is out. It really works my abs and core. I try to do at least 10-12 minutes at one go. _________________

| | It's a little mini-trampoline and rebounding on a mini-trampoline affects every organ and is directly related to the efficiency of the lymphatic system and the immune function. |
