| I am really concerned about the no lotion requirement. My skin absolutely crawls without lotion everyday. I have used Arbonne products for years, all of the oils are from plant extracts but not on the "approved" list. I am curious if anyone has tried mixing aloe vera gel with coconut oil to create a lotion and would this be acceptable in Phase 2? Or, has anyone tried using aloe vera gel alone as a moisturizer? Anyone? Anyone? I am allergic to mineral oil so that is not an option. Also, I notice that someone said they use Cetaphyl and baking soda as a face wash, exfoliant. Cetaphyl wash has castor oil in it--is that acceptable? |

| During my first round I eleminated ALL creamy skin and hair products and thought my skin would crack and fall off! Then we were told by a forum member that her neighbor, who was a chemist, that the products we use now are designed to stay in the skin and not be absorbed. I began using everything I normally used and had no problem with weight loss. Give your products a try and see what happens. If anything causes a problem, you can always stop using it then. But most people can just go on as usual. _________________
