| I LOVE Lubriderm, but you are right. I quit using it several years ago. Guess I'll just stick to Kiss My Face. Seems to do pretty good. Maybe I'll break out my coconut oil and try that??? _________________

| Better mix it with some horse manure so you aren't tempted to lick it off. _________________

The coconut oil I use doesn't smell like anything really, so you may not even be tempted to lick it off! :lol 3: It's just semi-solid white stuff in a jar, but no scent! _________________ Tiffany

| One of the ladies I work with on the protocol says that coconut oil is supposed to hold moisture on/in your skin, not necessarily do the moisturizing itself. So, she says you need to put water on your face and then slather on the coconut oil to keep the water. I do not know as I didn't have any trouble with dry skin during my two rounds of hcg -- only my lips.
Another young woman says the same with baby oil. She gets out of the shower and barely dries the water off, but instead slathers on the baby oil and it works great for her. |

| Thanks! That sounds like a great idea! I will try that instead...I was thinking it was a moisturizer! _________________ Tiffany

| So far we've found nothing that inhibits weight loss. I would say, keep using it! If losses slow down, you can always stop using it. _________________

| | Yes I have been using Burt's Bees myself and still losing wonderfully. I also sneak a bit of a victoria 's secret lipgloss in there every so often desite the fact that i know it isn't all natural but I am still doing good. I have also been using a progesterone cream twice a day as it helps stabalize my cycle and my pms and i also think it actually helps maximize the weight loss in P2. when my mom was on P2 she had been stalling our for a few days and started using the cream and said she felt like it helped her to continue losing weight through the rest of the phase. It is also a really nice moisturizer. Just thought I would put that out there for anyone who is interested. I think the brand is called Emeritas or something. Its is a light blue tube, I know the company makes a few other products as well. |

| I found this line at Sephora and my skin loves it. People ask what I am doing because my skin is so much happier. No eths or olys. Organic juices and vegetable stuff. _________________

| | I'm on P2 and I used coconut oil on my skin for about a week...BIG MISTAKE!! For me, it brought me to a stall. I didn't figure out what it was until today! I kept on looking over what I was eating I was taking some things out putting things back in...it wasn't fun! Just an FYI. |
