| I was curious to know what kind of scale everyone is using. I am considering dumping my digital scale for a medical scale my sister has sitting in her garage. Of course the medical scale is larger but I believe it might be more accurate. The scale I have right now is digital and I don't trust it because the values change constantly and it's not like I am gaining or losing 1/2 lb every hr or so. Please help me and suggest a scale! Brand and model if possible :) thank you! _________________ RMDelete's P2 stats --- RMDelete's HCG Journal for R1P2

| | I think the medical scales are far more accurate especially the kind where you slide the little weights up or down... The digitals are handy to have but they are less reliable. If I had access to a medical scale, I think I would take advantage of using it. |

| I agree with Sofarsogood that the medical scales are probably more accurate. Although I did pick up a Weight Watcher's scale at Kohls on sale and it seems to do the trick! It does body fat and water weight, too, I am not too sure about the accuracy of it though. Good luck! _________________ CLICK HERE FOR KATHY"S P3R2 STATS!
