PostSubject: I can't figure out how to start my own journal.   Thu Mar 04 2010, 22:14

I need help! I can't figure out how to start my own journal, and basic navigation advise? I am so new at this. I am on my 3rd week, and am down 11 pounds. I need to get on board here, and start journaling. I found this site today, and I have been searching, and can't figure it out!
HELP! :)
Thanks,
Sesh

I'll give it a try! Hopefully, if you navigated here once, you'll be able to find this reply.

First of all, to be sure you are at the start, click on "Home" in the heading at the top of the page, far left. Scrolling down, you will see sections for "3000 Members", "Forum Terms", and "Fraud Alert". Beneath that, there is a whole section dedicated to newbies. Read through all of that.

When you're ready to start your journal, scroll down beyond the newbie section to Success Stories, which contain the journals. Beneath "Journals - Phase 2", choose "Journals - Round 1". Beneath the link for "Home" is a button for "New" -- click that and name your journal. Every time you want to add to it, follow this same process and choose the "Reply" button to continue the thread.

We're glad to have you here! Best of success on your journey.

Karen

That's a great loss! Hope you start a journal and let us get to know you. There's lots to read and learn here, and it's a very supportive group we have.
