| Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do to start toning my legs while on phase 2. Normally I would just think to run but thats prob not a good idea since I wasnt doing much of it before I started. I have to wear a skirt that is going to show off my awesome calves in august and I would like them to have some shape rather then look like tree stumps :) |
