| My friend is over weight and would love to do hcg, but he is a massage therapist.
What oils could he switch over to that won't effect him too much?
He can't not give up his job, and he really would love to lose weight. How can he make this work?

| I have yet to find anyone that is really bothered by oils on the skin. In fact, you know that I am eating ONLY protein with the fat that comes with it plus coconut oil, and i am losing really well. Have him email me for info if he is interested. |

| Very encouraging news!! I know he will be thrilled to hear this news!
grammasmitty- I will pass along the email if he wants more input.
I have added more protein, a little less veggies in my diet to see if that works. :) |

| I am a massage therapist and worried about this also... I am on day 13 with total losses of 13.8! I work about 25 hours a week all in heavy oils and it seems to be working. Tell him to go for it, perhaps it hampers a little but I don't think it hampers much! I don't know any other way I could have dropped this much in a month much less 13 days! _________________ Jay |
