Hi all. I have lost 20 pounds and i am soo happy. I would like to get to 150 pounds, i would love to get to 145 but i don't think thats happening. Anyway i have been at 157.6, 157.4 and now at 157.2. Its very frustrating to me. The only thing i can think of is that i am having a cup of coffee at night but i have done that and lost. any suggestions? thanks vickie
