Hi all. I have lost 20 pounds and i am soo happy. I would like to get to 150 pounds, i would love to get to 145 but i don't think thats happening. Anyway i have been at 157.6, 157.4 and now at 157.2. Its very frustrating to me. The only thing i can think of is that i am having a cup of coffee at night but i have done that and lost. any suggestions? thanks vickie

What does your whole menu look like? How are you sleeping? How much weight have you lost in the past week? And 2 weeks? Are you exercising?

Linda i really mix it up alot. Most days chicken with french style green beans and flounder or shrimp for dinner with tomato. Sometimes i will eat the cottage cheese wich i love with the green beans. I do not exercise except for walking my dog twice daily and i never get enough sleep but thats normal./ The only thing i could see would be the cocktail sauce with the shrimp although i only saw one gram of sugar but i will cut that out and see. thanks vickie
