Hello! I am suffering from severe dry skin. Baby oil does nothing. Is it ok to try cocount oil on my skin? Thank you! (SOOO glad I found this forum!) heartflower

Coconut oil is good for the skin way to go

I also have suffered from severely dry skin, and so far on this round have been doing pretty well ~ I am taking Black Currant Oil, and have seen good results ~ my husband is also taking it as he has dry skin issues on his hands, and he has seen a vast improvement! woo hoo

I'm also going to be starting up Evening Primrose Oil, and see if that further helps ~
I think the skin issues have to do with a lack of healthy fats in our diet ~ if our abnormal fat, that's being opened up and used while on the protocol, isn't containing enough "good stuff," a result of that could possibly be dry skin ~
