Im just wondering why most of you inject your HCG subcutaneously when it says in the simeons protocol to inject deep intramucscularly (IM)? It says to avoid injecting into the fat.. and make sure it is in the muscle. So which is correct??

Some have done both ways and found no difference in weight loss.
