Hello All~I'm new here and so glad to have everyone's support and sharing of ideas.
I was a bit hungry today but didn't do too bad I guess. I was hoping someone could look at how I did today and let me know if I did good and possibly the hunger will subside soon?
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - 100g tilapia and 100g asparagus
Snack - orange
Dinner - 100g eye round steak and 100g cucumber
Snack - apple w/ cinnamon
I drank way more than 2 liters of water and green tea today (70 oz of H2O and 4 cups green tea).
I took the drops 3x today under my tongue for 10 min before I ate along with my Potassium Citrate and B12.
If I continue this approximate daily 'menu' will the hunger get better?
