| I have curly and super knotty hair... conditioner is a MUST! What to do. I've read not to use it but also see a comment on another post that it's ok. Any advice? |

| Thought I'd revive this question,...
I'm almost done with the leave-in conditioner I've been using and got curious. This is a Garnier product with "nutritive fruit micro-oils" in it. My next bottle is FX Silk Drops hair serum, which looks like a bottle of baby oil.
Am I overthinking this? I just want to do all I can to maximize my results when I return to P2. |

| I have used the same conditioner I was using before the diet. I had no issues with weight loss. I have read some people say they use the same conditioner but just try not to put on scalp as best as you can. Others have gone with organic conditioner. It all depends on if your body will tolerate it or not. Everyone is different. |

| I agree birdlady. I had no issues with that stuff. The only thing I think I changed was my lotion. I usually use cocoa butter but I know how greasy it can be so I switched to St. Ives 100% natural lotion. Works just as well. |
