Hi i am just finishing up a phase 2. I would love to go for more time and lose the last 9 pounds but it seems my body is just done. For the last week i have been up and down 158 then 159 then 158 so i think this round may be over. I would like to take 3 weeks off and then do another short round but i don't think i will need 23 days. Has anyone done shorter? or have any suggestions to keep going on this round? thanks vickie
