How many days in short round and When does a round start?

I should know this, but am confused. Do you count the days in a round from the 1st day of loading or the first day of VLCD?
Also- is it 21 days of drops then 2 days without or 23 days of drops and 2 days without?
I am doing a short round on homeopathic drops and planning a trip so am trying to plan correctly. I loaded Aug 4 and 5 and started VLCD August 6.
Could someone set me straight?

23 days total on the drops! That includes your load days and 21 days on the VLCD. Then of course you finish it off with 72 hours staying on the VLCD until the HCG gets out of your system. Hope that answers your question!
