Hi everyone. Today is my first day of Phase II, round 1. I am using the HCG pellets, 500 mg.

Does motrin slow down weight loss? I am on it daily for back problems and just realized it could be a problem.

Motrin is ibuprophen, right? I take 1000mg of naproxyn (like Alleve) daily, and it hasn't interfered with weight loss. My clinic did not mention that NSAIDS of any kind would hamper weight loss. They did caution me about my Lyrica, and I asked my doctor to give me guidelines to taper off that.

How about prescription pain meds? Are they ok on the protocol? (I'm just starting P1).

And OTC (Over the Counter) allergy meds? (They have starch in them, I noticed. But I can't sleep without them - get too plugged up.)

Suggestions?
