Hi all. want to start a mini round of phase 2 for the first 21 days of nov and then quit for the holidays and resume in january with a longer round. Has anyone done this? I am a little concerned on keeping the rules of phase 3 around the holidays (no sugar no starch) and don't want to hurt my hypothalamus any more than i already have but i really don't want to wait until january. Anyone have any suggestions?? thanks vickie
