I am on R2P2 alongside my daughter, this round I am using subL HCG, 23 day round and on day 11 of VLCD and so far have lost 11.4 I have stalled for the last 3 days these are the numbers (in kg 1kg=2.2lbs)

I am following strictly the protocol, its not TOM or too much salt or any of those other things, so it is probably a natural stall right?
last round I used Homeopathic HCG, and had somethign similar. but this time I get lightheaded and I am a lot more tired, not experiencing much hunger, that is better (but I think a lot of that was psychological) taking 300IU/day
so I am wondering if it would be useful to increase protein. I don't bother with the breadsticks (80cals total) and often only eat one piece of fruit, But i usually eat a large serving of veggies. and a lot of spices, garlic and ginger..
So if I increase protein, by how much and for how long, I have 9 days left of VLCD
also my daughter, she eats fruit and protein but rarely the veggies, her losses are really slow too, should she increase protein by another 100cals or so, to compensate for the no breadsticks and no veggies??
