 Under 500 calories?

I'm following the diet plan that I was given EXACTLY but I'm only getting in about 400 calories per day. Do I need to eat more of something to get in another 100? Thanks so much, so glad I found this site!!!

Your are fine as long as you do not go over 500 calories and are not hungry

i have used fitday.com to help with my daily intake.
you can also customize foods too.

most folks here eat 3.5 oz of protein (weighed raw & thawed)
balance out the rest with veggies and fruit per meal.

if you are eating (in one day) 7 oz of protein, then you need to increase your veggies.
they help keep things moving along in your digestive system.

if you need to add more protein, increase one portion size to 4oz.

the past few days i have been surviving off three plain boiled eggwhites and a few no sugar pickles and i seem to be losing just fine and still have the ability to do things i need to do
