you can also customize foods too.
most folks here eat 3.5 oz of protein (weighed raw & thawed)
balance out the rest with veggies and fruit per meal.
if you are eating (in one day) 7 oz of protein, then you need to increase your veggies.
they help keep things moving along in your digestive system.
if you need to add more protein, increase one portion size to 4oz.
