Thanks Doreen! To me, it makes more sense. You're doing it for less days, just one long stretch, and you don't have to go through all of the stages then restart the 2nd phase over. I'd rather do it until I lose all my weight then go through stabilization and so forth.
I think I will just do it for 40 days this time then. I have 34 lbs to lose, I've already lost 4 just in 2 days! I am reacting really well to this diet, I just hope it doesn't slow down too much!
