Has anyone on this protocol actually exercised on the vlcd part. I really would like to just do 20 minutes 5 times a week on my elliptical just to feel good. I am scared that it will make me weak with such low calorie intake. Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I am on phase 2 - VLCD#11 and I've been exercising throughout, as I did before I started the HCG. I see no changes in the scale on the days I don't exercise or the days I do. I have been doing 30 min Curves - 3 times a week and I do the eliptical 20 min & treadmill 15 min. 3 times a week. I want to keep doing them for energy. I've not been tired since starting HCG and exercise will boost my energy vs. make me more tired? Maybe you should try it and see? Toning with weight loss is always a plus too which makes exercise good. We'll see if someone with more experience can help both of us with a response!

I guess I will just do it and see what happens. If I start to feel weak or hungry, I will stop. I really just want to get in the habit of doing it so I will continue a healthier lifestyle when I am not on hcg.

Exercise is a part of weight loss program. It affects on body only when you will avoid junk food or other stuff like that...
