I've been reading all these posts of people losing up to 8-15 pounds in a week(woah!) and I'm wondering why I'm not losing as quickly. I'm losing around a pound or less a day and the first week was no miracle loss. Is it because I don't have much weight to lose? I need to lose about 10, although I REALLY want about 20 pounds.
I'm happy that I'm losing, in all reality, a pound a day is amazing and I'll reach my goal quick enough if I keep at this rate, I'm just wondering if there is anything I'm doing wrong.
I'm following the diet and not cheating, it just seems that 500 calories will result in a pound a day loss and the hcg isn't really doing anything.
Any thoughts?
