I know that we are not suppose to use leave in hair conditioner, but what about other hair products that you leave in the hair? I use stuff that I leave in my hair for frizziness - should I not use that?

Just watch the plant or animal based oils. If it has mineral oil, that's fine, mineral oil can not be absorbed by the scalp and used by the body for energy. You can search product safe for hcg list. there is quite a few products that are safe.
