Protein is probably the most important thing to make sure you are getting in P3, so plan well! I would suggest hard boiled eggs which are easily portable, low sodium lunch meats, and the canned tuna packed in water is great! Also, the best thing to order at a fast food place is a salad with grilled chicken. One of the best I have found is the Cobb salad at Wendy's that comes with an avocado ranch. Low carb and full of protein & a little fiber to keep you regular :-) Also, Subway can make any sub into a salad-- just ask! Make sure you take your scale with you and weigh every day! It's so important to stabilize so that you can keep the weight off that you worked so hard to lose!
