For those that find themselves frustrated with P2 choices, I wanted to post this awesome post by another HCG user. Please remember that only YOU can determine what works for you and that I'm not saying that you SHOULD go off of protocol.
I have mixed veggies and done my own thing since Round 1 and I'm very happy with my results/success/time etc. I have guinea pigged multiple things and really figured out what works for me. I hope that you all will do the same.
Just as no two people are the same, neither are any TWO bodies the same. Some people NEED more fat, some need more vitamins, some need more protein. Dr. Simeon is a guiding force behind the HCG diet but there has been A LOT of new information since his day. I believe, were he alive today, he would adapt this protocol based on many other factors. There's blood types, body types, activity levels, risk factors, etc. and ALL of these things cause different reactions with different foods.
The most important part of this diet is keeping a journal and learning what foods have what effect on you. Or, perhaps, what time you eat effects you. Jotting things in your journal allows you to get a picture of your habits, cravings, and success with certain blends of food.
I hope that this list helps SOMEONE out there. Please remember that you should ONLY eat those veggies with a number of 20 or below
