Well after promising myself that I wouldn't play around with the protocol I did this morning
I cut up my apple and stewed it with cinnamon and stevia, then made up some gelatin ( I mean the absolutely plain stuff that smells like... well... beef skin!) and mixed my stewed apple and the cinnamon-stevia water in and waited for it to set. My after lunch "desert" was then a rosette of cinnamon and apple jelly (maybe 1/3 the batch).
Any of you ladies have experience with gelatin? Does it slow or stall losses? The back of the packet says it has no carbs or fat, just protein.
If I can get away with it I would love to keep using it... despite the awful smell when you first make it, it turns into a divine desert that fills you up (1/3 of an apple worth was more than enough!)
