This is my first post. I am currently on day 5 of VLCD of phase 2 on my first try at HCG. I have lost 7 pounds and 5.5 inches so far.
I am not much of a meat eater (usually boneless, skinless doesn't look like a chicken chicken or salmon without bones or skin) but really don't want my weight loss to stall. Is it ok to eat a protein shake for lunch and then chicken/beef for dinner? If so, what would you recommend? If not, any other recommendations?
