I would have to say that if you are having a rough patch and have the urge to cheat or absolutely need something to get you through, then sugar free popsicles would be ok if you have just one. It takes time to eat it which in turn can get you through the craving. Even Crystal Light has a hard candy that I found helps tremendously but just one piece. It is when you abuse the no calorie or low calorie items that they may haunt you in the morning during weigh in.
