It is also my experience that you will do better with more, I actually do 8-9 eggs, as do most others. have done seveal Egg days. If you find that you are absolutely miserable you shall have a few more around dinner, many of the girls from this site also do a small salad with the evening set of eggs.
I pesonally prfer steak days, but Good luck for sure !!! luck

if i have had 2 scrambled and 2 boiled egg whites, are you saying I should have another 4 for a total of 8 instead of 6 along with a small salad. should it be just a sala without any chkn or should I add some protein to that. I don't want to mess up.

To recap, as of now I have had 2 scrambled and 2 egg whites. Should I do a small salad with the 2 remainder egg whites or should I just do the 2 remainder boiled egg whites?
Sorry for so many questions.

Thanks for your help. You always seem to come and rescue me.

If this doesn't work I will resort to the steak day. What is your advice for the steak day. Would you please send me a layout of how you proceed with yours?

Thanks my dear!!!! way to go sunshine

Ha ha ha ..... I have started buying several dozen a week , ya just never know what you will need them for huh ? Good luck ! When I do steak day , I do a huge steak -lean though , top sirloin normally . I cook it early and eat in two portions so I don't starve to death and I also eat 1/2 of a medium cantaloupe for desert . I always lose well from steak day . 2 lbs or more usually . Hope all works out for you !

PostSubject: STEAK   Sat Aug 27 2011, 16:48

To make sure I understood you correctly, on steak day, just steak only in two servings, no veggies and a side of fruit. FOr me berries or grapefruit? Is that correct. I guess what I am asking is do I have anything with the steak or just steak and fruit or just steak only?

Just steak and either an apple for desert or 1/2 a cantaloupe . Yes the cantaloupe is new , but it works !! With a large glass of water it is a diuretic , works wonders . No veggies

Hello,
Here is what is said about Steak Day:

Don’t eat anything throughout the day until dinner. Drink only water, coffee, or tea.
You may drink as much of those liquids as you like. For dinner in the evening eat a medium size unsalted steak weighing no less than 8 ounces and no more than 14 ounces.
Immediately after eating the steak consume an uncooked medium sized apple or tomato.

Good Luck to you on your egg day,

Sharon, I know that is what is said about steak day but I took matters into my own hands and I have done very well , have lost 2.4 lbs every single time with the exception of 1 , that time I actually only 1 portion of steak and only lost a small amount. I guess this isn't a one size fits all , and it surely is trial and error.
