| Have you been stalled for many days ? Where did you get your hcg ? I would say resume to protocol and then try Steak day in day or two . |

| I was just about to ask you the same question after reading some posts in ordering products. I picked up my hcg at the GNC store. it is an ISODRENE brand chocolate flavor, however i just ordered from healthyourselfalive.com website which is where a lot of the other experienced ladies said they purchased theirs. Maybe it is my product, what you think. I was taking 10 drops a day under the tongue twice a day. I will be ordering from this website from now on. The drops that I have were $ 40 from the GNC store and only $30 with shipping on this website. Everything you need is available somewhere on this support group. I love it.
As you suggested I am back to protocol and will now weigh for a few days, if nothing I will do the steak day by wed. What you think? |

| I meant to say I don't think I will weigh for a few days and see what happens by wed. I can't wait to get my new drops and see if that also makes a difference. I think it may have something to do with it. |

| I used healthyourselfalive when I did drops and I was satisfied . I cannot speak for GNC , I would say no losses since Thursday is bizarre all in itself though . Healthyourself ships very fast !! Good luck sweetie , I personally would probably start all over when my new drops arrived ! I'm here if you need anything else . |

| I just thought maybe its my Iodine that I was taking for my thyroid, my multivitamin and i just started taking natural calm magnesium for the constipation. i was trying to drink the smooth move. After reading pounds and inches it is suggested to take nothing pretty much. maybe those are the issues. It certainly isn't cheating or overeating. I am only able to get about 350-380 calories. I read somewhere to up the calorie intake to increase the protein and veggies by 50% or enough to amount to the 500 calories and no more, does that sound right? |

| I normally eat around 550 - 600 calories, mostly protein. I believe pounds and inches is a great starting point but I also have found my own little tweeks that work me , including many supplements . I wouldn't think that is the problem sweetie. |

| You are an angel. I can't express enough how much I truly appreciate your time, patience and assistance. I think I am more sure of what is what now. I've ordered my HCG from healthyourselflive, I've just ordered a new digital scale for better accuracy, I'm ready now.
I'm a little more sure of the do's and dont's now. It's so much information. I try to keep it simple. I'm taking medical billing and coding so the pounds and inches information is along the lines of the things that I am aware of.
I've always been conscious of my weight and what I eat, things keep changing and so does our bodies, now that I'm a little older(40's), it takes a little bit more to get things on track.
Again thanks. I'm determined and failure isn't an option. I can do it, I started out so well!!! I just have to find my nitch!! |

| Good Morning! I'm stalking the boards this morning and wanted to comment on this line, even though it's a little old. T psaverin: I read that your daily intake is a little low (in the high 300's). I know it's tough getting enough! I got a diet list from a clinic that suggests increasing protein..each portion...to 8 oz daily. I did that and have been doing so much better!
Just wanted to add that and hope ya'll are doing great! |
